I start with the description of Joe D Milner new claims:

LIE; A false statement deliberately presented as being true; a falsehood.

WWW.PEDINGJUSTICE.COM are true and correct statements, all back up with EVIDENCE, and in fact been the evidence the Milner Law Firm, Minton Burton Foster and Collins and Lowry Family Submitted in Court. THEIR OWN EVIDENCE PROVE THEIR CRIMES.

Furthermore, hereby below I will prove some of the crimes of the Milner Law Firm, Minton Burton Foster and Collins and Lowry Family , including Perjuries, Libel, Slander, Lies, Defamation, Fraud (Thirty five Million Dollars) physical violence and how they manipulated Judges, Police, FBI, Media and Government officials to obtain millions by fraud, perjuries and deception, proven with just a few Exhibits, and been the exhibits these “criminals” filed in court. Using the law to commit crimes.

But first, you are hereby informed the sites have been created for the investigation of the Crimes of the Milner Firm, Minton Burton Foster and Collins, Bratton and Bratton, Lowry Family and others involved, any further attempts to obstruct Justice by attempting to eliminate, alter or modify such sites or any attempt to disturb or interfere in anyway with such sites, will continue to add to your crimes, more now that it is an HOMICIDE investigation, with Pending criminal investigations for crimes committed by Milner Law Firm, Minton Burton Foster and Collins and Lowry and against Me Daniel Pavon Cuellar, My son and my family.

Furthermore, you continue on Breach of the Contract executed on DECEMBER 3, 2007, and the aiding and abetting of the kidnapping by Samantha Lowry of My Son, I urge you to do whatever is necessary for the immediate safe return of Sebastian to Mexico as required by Secretaria de Relaciones Exteriores and the Hague Convention. Joe D Milner also continue with Illegal possession of my homestead and all my personal property including personal documents against the Contract, against the Constitution and Against the Law.

Joe D Milner you have engaged on criminal activities not only against me, against my son, my family but also Joe D Milner and the Milner Firm has Engaged on Criminal activities against the Travis County Court, against Judges, against FBI, against Government Officials in the Country of Mexico, England and UNITED STATES along others to obtain illegal profits. Joe D Milner and the Milner Law Firm working in concert with others, uses the Law by fraud and deception to commit crimes and obtain illegal profits as described and proven below with the Milner Law Firm records they presented themselves in court.
Below is a small portion of such crimes; only 18 days (14 working days) of the Milner Law Firm illegal activities from the time they were hired on May 29, 2007.

Joe D Milner, Jami Milner Turner, Scott Jevon Milner along others involved on the following crimes have pending criminals investigations, including for the HOMICIDE of Raul Pavon, Father of Daniel.

So to Joe D Milner, the Milner Law Firm, Minton Burton Foster and Collins, Bratton and Bratton and Lowry Family; if by any reason you believe any statement is not true and correct, please specify and send what part, in which way you believe not to be true, and send any evidence to prove it is not true and if I mistaken in any part, I will remove such information immediately.

The Milner Firm, Minton Burton Foster and Collins, Bratton and Bratton and Lowry Family engaged in criminal activities as described below, for the purpose to steal all the assets and property of the Pavon Cuellar family, making impossible for any of them to have DUE PROCESS of Law or impossible to appear in court, including keeping suits and proceedings “secret” without notice and without service.

The Milner Firm, Minton Burton Foster and Collins, Bratton and Bratton and Lowry Family claims were false, frivolous and in actuality, just to commit a fraud for theft of over 35 Millions Dollars, theft of Real Estate, theft of 1732 Original Fine Art Paintings and much more. Committing serious crimes against Sebastian, a two month old baby, crimes with serious violence committed also against the elderly (Daniel´s parents 70+/- Years old).

Raul Pavon (Daniel Father) countersued and was murdered less than two weeks after he had deliver the evidence of the crimes committed by The Milner Firm, Minton Burton Foster and Collins, Bratton and Bratton and Lowry Family. Raul Pavon(79 years old) was shot to dead in front of his wife Guadalupe who had been married for 49 years. Guadalupe and Daniel received dead threats immediately thereafter if they would go to the United States.

THE CRIMINAL ACTIONS OF The Milner Firm, Minton Burton Foster and Collins, Bratton and Bratton and Lowry Family USING A NEW BORN AND AGAINST THE ELDERLY.

IMPORTANT FACTS: Samantha Jennifer Lowry was an illegal alien in the United States. Samantha Lowry did not live in Daniel Homestead. Samantha Lowry and Daniel Pavon NEVER married. Sebastian Pavon Cuellar (son of Samantha and Daniel) carries only BOTH of the last names of Daniel because Samantha did not wanted the child.

August 2006: Samantha found to be pregnant in England, she claimed Daniel was the father
September 2006: Samantha moves to Austin on September.
October 2006: Samantha meets Police Detective Andrew Westbrook.
January 2007: The Lowry Family starts the plan for Fraud while Daniel is in Mexico City, This EXHIBIT was presented by the Milner Law Firm on response to a request for discovery on 2008. Adelante Solutions aided the Lowry Family with Government and Media Contacts trough all the “events”, hired at least 6 months before the “Fraud” was executed.
February : The wedding was set for September 1, 2007
March: Sebastian is Born. The parents of Samantha stayed in Daniel Homestead for around 6 weeks
April: Samantha Cancelled the wedding and starts conflicts in regards to everything and refuses to give the Vaccines or to give any medical attention to Sebastian any time thereafter, and starts with threats to take him to the Mothers child nursery because she could not cope with him.

May 23: EXHIBIT 89 Filed in Court by the Milner Law Firm, Minton Burton Foster and Collins, Lowry Family and Bratton and Bratton. Proves Samantha Lowry knew Daniel was leaving to Mexico, Samantha did not live in Daniel Homestead and Daniel will leave his homestead very well locked, the second Exhibit and been part of the same Exhibit “as filed”, proves the “relationship” of Samantha with Police Detective Andrew WESTBROOK and how they were "producing, altering or faking evidence” from the Home of the Police Detective at 9:47 PM.

May 25; Daniel and Sebastian go to Mexico (Tickets of the Bus) which proves the defamation, Slander and Libel on the site created on the Lowry Case. (This exhibit was not presented by them.)
May 26: EXHIBIT Filed in Court by the Milner Law Firm, Minton Burton Foster and Collins, Lowry Family and Bratton and Bratton. Proves Daniel and Samantha were in Good terms when Daniel was already in Mexico with Sebastian, and even Samantha said “Love Sam” .
May 29: EXHIBIT Filed in Court by the Milner Law Firm, Minton Burton Foster and Collins, Lowry Family and Bratton and Bratton. Proves Samantha was to arrive to Mexico City on May 28.

EXHIBIT Filed in Court by the Milner Law Firm, Minton Burton Foster and Collins, Lowry Family and Bratton and Bratton; Daniel filed a report with police requesting their help and letting them know of the actions of Samantha Lowry, including the theft of their travel documents and the trespass into Daniel homestead.

THE FRAUD:
EXHIBIT The Milner Law Firm, by Joe D Milner files the Original Petition to Court on MAY 30 (First Documents ever filed) Milner Law Firm False pleadings and lies for the purpose to obtain False warrants , and thereafter property and assets, illegal custody of Sebastian, and also to make impossible the return of Daniel and Sebastian to Austin, making impossible for Daniel to be heard or be present in Court and without Due Process. The order by fraud and deception of the Milner Law Firm claims Sebastian is in Austin Texas with risk of International abduction, and to place restrictions against Daniel to obtain any travel documents for Sebastian, also placing restrictions for Sebastian to leave the country (when Milner knew they were in Mexico already and awaiting for Samantha)and if Daniel would violate such order, he will be liable for CIVIL and/or Criminal penalties and “any judgment should be rendered to Milner”. But the Milner Law Firm very well knew Daniel and Sebastian were already in Mexico PROVEN with the “Habeas Corpus” filed and obtained on the Same Day MAY 30 (also illegally issued, since there was not even service or notice made), but also in such documents claiming by fraud , lies and deception “the child is illegally restrained” and “ for the purpose on denying the mother the child access to the child” this false statements and also perjury of Samantha Lowry are proven with the EXHIBIT of May 29, But also with this other EXHIBIT of June 1 (along several other EXHIBITS they filed in court) But Milner Law Firm engaged in these criminal activities for the purpose to make false Warrants against Daniel. (PARENTAL KIDNAPPING CODE: “Whoever removes a child from the United States or retains a child (who has been in the United States) outside the United States with intent to obstruct the lawful exercise of parental rights shall be fined” .)
So the Milner Law Firm files these false pleadings for the purpose to make FALSE WARRANT against Daniel,   when in Fact Daniel and Sebastian were awaiting for Samantha and when she did not arrived, Daniel and Sebastian were trying to return to Austin Texas, but Samantha had stolen the travel documents of Daniel and Sebastian and refused to send them. The restrictions Milner placed against Daniel to obtain Travel documents for Sebastian was to make impossible their return to Austin Texas.

These were several crimes, but we just include one of them. These actions and False Pleadings of the Milner Law Firm, created the basis of the false claims and frivolous suits, False Warrants, and in fact the Milner Law Firm made sure the illegal order would be violated by the actions of the Milner Law Firm working in concert with the Lowry Family by making impossible the return of Daniel and Sebastian to Austin, or the U.S.A. and who they were in Mexico already without knowledge of such proceedings. That way, they will steal all the assets and property of the Pavon Cuellar Family and obtain illegal custody of Sebastian. Only one day after been hired, the Milner Law Firm engaged in these criminal actions. On the Same Day May 30, Andrew Westbrook makes an 18 perjuries affidavit to make for the warrants, and takes the false order of the court, knowing to be false and illegal and made for the purpose to make impossible the return of Daniel and Sebastian to the United States (Conspiracy against rights)
June 1; EXHIBIT Filed in Court by the Milner Law Firm, Minton Burton Foster and Collins, Lowry Family and Bratton and Bratton; After several delays of Samantha arriving to Mexico city as she was suppose to, Daniel was requesting their Travel Documents from Samantha for Daniel and Sebastian to return to Texas, this exhibit describes in short all that was happening at the time. We recommend you read in full.
June 2: EXHIBIT Filed in Court by the Milner Law Firm, Minton Burton Foster and Collins, Lowry Family and Bratton and Bratton; PROVES THE VIOLENCE AND THREATS against the Pavon Cuellar family and against the parents of Daniel (around 70 years of age) Milner Law Firm had received this email as well and knew of such threats and the heart condition of Guadalupe, mother of Daniel. DANIEL WROTE HE WILL GO WITH SEBASTIAN TO LAREDO and for Samantha to send WITH ANYONE their Travel Documents to the border for them to be able to enter the United States. Proves the False pleadings of Milner Law Firm by Joe D Milner.
June 3: EXHIBIT Filed in Court by the Milner Law Firm, Minton Burton Foster and Collins, Lowry Family and Bratton and Bratton; Daniel and Sebastian go to Laredo (12 hours each way) but neither the Milner Law Firm, the Lowry Family, nor the Police Andrew Westbrook sent anyone to the border with their travel documents for Daniel and Sebastian to Enter the United States. Even when by perjury they claimed Sebastian could die in 24 to 48 hours by been allergic to all types of formula from a hotmail email of two allege doctors who had never seen Sebastian and were from England. But why nobody went to Laredo to let Daniel and Sebastian to the U.S.A? This obstruction was the base of the fraud and careless of Sebastian.
June 5; Samantha Lowry sent a “Blank Suit” of JOINT CUSTODY not filed, not signed, no attachments, and Samantha Lowry said she would file it with the courts only if Daniel wanted. The Milner Law Firm and Lowry family kept their true proceedings of May 30 secret, that way; Daniel would not even know what they were doing.
June 6; EXHIBIT Filed in Court by the Milner Law Firm, Minton Burton Foster and Collins, Lowry Family and Bratton and Bratton; After Daniel received the Blank suit, kept asking for the travel documents from Samantha Lowry for Daniel and Sebastian to return to Austin Texas, but Samantha Lowry working in concert with the Milner Law Firm, refuse to send the travel documents and kept the proceedings of May 30 secret.
June 6; Another EXHIBIT Filed in Court by the Milner Law Firm, Minton Burton Foster and Collins, Lowry Family and Bratton and Bratton, but also proves Milner and Westbrook received it; Daniel urged Samantha and her family to stop the THREATS and VIOLENCE against Daniel parents and the harm they were causing to them. Daniel also said he will have to leave to Veracruz with his son. So as of that Day; June 6, the Milner Law Firm and Andrew Westbrook Knows Daniel and Sebastian are no longer at his parents, also knows of the VIOLENCE AND THREATS of the Lowry family against Daniel Parents, also knows Daniel and Sebastian cannot return without travel documents, Also knows Daniel and Sebastian even went to Laredo to enter the United States, also knows Daniel is not forbidding Samantha to see Sebastian. EXPLAINS ALL.
June 6: EXHIBIT Filed in Court by the Milner Law Firm, Minton Burton Foster and Collins, Lowry Family and Bratton and Bratton; the Milner Law Firm sends the suits to a similar but FAKE email account,(Not from Daniel) claiming that is the email account from Daniel, and they use the responses of Daniel from the “Blank suit” to claim Daniel was served, but even the response they used proves the fraud since it is very specific Daniel responded to the Blank Joint Custody suit not filed. Milner commits two perjuries to claim a service that purposely was not done and against the law, Joe D Milner nor the Milner Law Firm could serve any process by the Texas Rules of Procedure Rule 103 “No person who is a party to or interested in the outcome of a suit shall serve any process”, especially to prevent this type of fraud “creating email accounts similar to Daniel email account” for Daniel to be unaware of all proceedings. Furthermore, “alternative process” was not even allowed by Law at such an early stage of a suit, they had to first attempt service by mail or publication. So in fact everything the Milner Law Firm did was done illegally and fully aware of such illegal and criminal actions but for the purpose to keep their illegal and criminal activities SECRET for the theft of Millions of Dollars.
June 8; EXHIBIT Filed in Court by the Milner Law Firm, Minton Burton Foster and Collins, Lowry Family and Bratton and Bratton; Samantha claimed she had left the travel documents for Daniel and Sebastian at the border, Daniel wrote a letter to her saying Daniel will not risk the Life of Sebastian to see if they would let them in or not without any Identifications, especially after returning from Laredo, also that Samantha does not have ANY RESTRICTIONS OR CONDITIONS TO GO TO MEXICO reason why Daniel give her $2000 for her to go, (which proves the fraud and deception of the false pleadings of the Milner Law Firm to obtain the false warrants against Daniel and Careless of Sebastian.) Daniel also writes for Samantha to send a Letter from immigration that Daniel and Sebastian can enter to the United States without any form of Identification and he will return with Sebastian Immediately to Austin Texas.
Later that day, the Milner Law Firm by Jami Milner (now known as Jami Milner Turner, or Jami Turner) send an email to the REAL email account of Daniel, claiming by fraud and deception Daniel had a parental kidnapping warrant. More lies of the Milner Law Firm, the warrant was not issued until June 18, 2007, but this letter is important since it proves they had the real email address of Daniel, and in such email, Jami Milner Turner DOES NOT mention anything in regards to any of the (illegal) proceedings they had started on May 30. Daniel hires immediately an attorney for such criminal charge and offers to return Sebastian.

June 11: Daniel offers to return Sebastian
Milner Law Firm by Joe D Milner writes an email to the REAL email account of Daniel, full of threats even against the parents of Daniel, several obvious lies, false claims, and already threatening to take the assets of the parents, which proves his intentions clearly, and this, when Joe D Milner knew, Daniel and Sebastian were no longer at Daniel´s parents home by the THREATS AND VIOLENCE of the Lowry Family, but also The Milner Law Firm and Joe D Milner knew Daniel needed their travel documents to return to the United States, also that Daniel and Sebastian had already gone to Laredo on June 3 attempting to enter the U.S.A. and also that Samantha had no restrictions or conditions to go to Mexico. MILNER DOES NOT MENTION ANYTHING IN REGARDS TO THE FALSE AND ILLEGAL PROCEEDINGS THEY HAD STARTED ON MAY 30. Also proves the Milner Law Firm also started with harassments and threats of Criminal charges against the Friend of Daniel in Austin, that way, Daniel will have no help in Austin.
The attorney of Daniel said he could not return his son without an agreement, the Milner Law Firm and Lowry Family refused to even negotiate an agreement, and of course, their plan was the theft of all property and assets of the Pavon Cuellar family and did not care a bit for Sebastian as seen with all the actions above.

June 13: A Secret court proceeding takes place, Milner Law Firm and Lowry Family kept secret this court proceeding and did not send notice or service to Daniel in any way. The Milner Law Firm by Joe D Milner claimed by perjuries he had served Daniel and showing as exhibits, the service Joe D Milner made to the Fake email account (Not from Daniel) they had created. In this court hearing, the Milner Law Firm by fraud and deception still claims Sebastian is in Austin Texas with risk of international abduction, to extend the restrictions of Daniel on obtaining any travel documents for his son (to further make impossible the return of Daniel and Sebastian to the United States) and if Daniel violates the order (which he never received and is in Mexico already unable to return by the Milner, Westbrook and Lowry actions) he will be subject to criminal and/or civil penalties. Furthermore, even if the Milner Law Firm knew of the Trespassing of Samantha Lowry into Daniel Homestead, The Milner Law Firm by Fraud and deception places restrictions against Daniel to file for trespassing charges and gives possession to Samantha Lowry of the HOMESTEAD of Daniel and restraining orders against Daniel or anyone on his behalf. Andrew Westbrook removes the trespassing charges of Daniel. This way the Lowry Family starts to steal all the assets and property of Daniel and   “Seized” all the documents for Daniel to not have access to them. But also the Milner Law Firm and Lowry Family withheld even the taxes from Daniel (which he had only made $18000 a year in 2006) to obtain amounts by fraud and deception in court also using stolen and altered records. Example; $ 4117 Child support a month to be paid to Samantha.
The Milner Law Firm, claimed Daniel violated the orders of the court, (that the Milner Law Firm purposely kept secret from Daniel to be unaware of all the illegal actions, false pleadings and fraud by the Milner Law Firm and Lowry Family and making impossible for Daniel to be heard or be present in court, without Due Process and in fact by their actions was impossible for Daniel and Sebastian to return to Austin or the U.S.A.).
But also to obtain the FALSE PARENTAL KIDNAPPING the Milner Law Firm, the Lowry Family and Andrew Westbrook must have withheld the emails of Daniel at the time from the FBI. Since otherwise, the Warrant could not have been issued since Daniel did not intent and did not obstruct the lawful exercise of parental rights, in fact the opposite. Daniel was doing all he could to return to the U.S.A. and keep breastfed Sebastian, also awaiting Samantha in Mexico as she claimed she would and even give her $ 2000 for her Travel expenses. But even, Daniel did not know of any “parental rights” she had, since no orders were ever given to Daniel.

On June 18, the true False Warrant for parental kidnapping was issued.

This was only around 18 days of The Milner Law Firm services! EXPERIENCE USED TO COMMIT CRIMES.

The MILNER LAW FIRM LIED, USED, MANIPULATED THE FBI, JUDGES, EMBASSIES, POLICE, PARLIAMENT MEMBERS, AND OTHER OFFICIALS OF THE GOVERNMENT OF MEXICO, ENGLAND AND U.S.A.   to make impossible for Daniel to return with his son to the United States, Impossible for Daniel to be heard or be present in court, Impossible for Daniel to have due process of Law, made false warrants to discredit him internationally and for Daniel to be ignored by Law Enforcement by making him a “criminal” for a defamation, libel and slander that has extended not only to news worldwide, but even TV series and resulted in serious attacks against the Pavon Cuellar family, including illegal raids to the Parents home in Mexico City when the Milner Law Firm and Lowry Family knew (by tracing the emails of Daniel and by testimony of Samantha in court, Daniel and Sebastian were in Veracruz) There is no legal documents or records of such raids, but was a huge theft; STOLEN RECORDS OF DANIEL PARENTS HOME, including BANK STATEMENTS of Guadalupe and Raul account, were used in Travis County Court by the Milner Firm to obtain illegal amounts of Money by fraud, perjury and deception. (Soon the transcript on how Joe D Milner used such stolen Financial records for fraud and to obtain illegal profits, will be published)

But also, by the making of all the above actions; the Milner Law Firm, Minton Burton Foster and Collins, Bratton and Bratton firm and Lowry Family claiming by perjurIES, fraud and deception Sebastian was kidnapped and also claiming by perjuries that Sebastian was withheld by the Grandparents in Mexico City, Also claiming ALL EVENTS happened in TRAVIS COUNTY, AND PLACING ILLEGAL LIENS AND WRITS against the assets and property of Guadalupe and Raul. This is the second false and frivolous suit, out of jurisdiction and against the parents of Daniel, who were not even in The U.S.A. at any time during any of the “fake Events” the Milner Law Firm, Andrew Westbrook and Lowry Family claimed. But when in fact, not only the Milner Law Firm knew Daniel and Sebastian were in Veracruz, but also the Milner Law Firm very well knew the Parents of Daniel were in Mexico City, in the true “last Known address”. The Milner Law Firm kept secret also by perjury such “last known address” from the court, constables, and bank, that way Guadalupe or Raul will never know about such suit. But also the Milner Law Firm working in Concert with the Minton Burton Foster and Collins, Bratton and Bratton firm and Lowry Family kept secret such suit and even the resolutions and decrees.
To be Granted a judgment, they needed to prove service, so then they worked in concert with a process server named MIKE TECHOW to claim a service by perjury he had never made.
